Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Realest, operated by Acrez. By creating an account or publishing a page, you agree to these Terms.

Account

You are responsible for the content you publish through Realest and for any activity under your account. You must keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information when signing up.

Acceptable use

You may not use Realest to publish illegal content, infringe intellectual property, mislead consumers, or violate Indian real-estate regulations including RERA. Pages found in violation may be suspended.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Service availability

We work to keep Realest available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and outages happen; we’ll communicate where practical.

Limitation of liability

Realest is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
