Refund Policy

We want you to be confident about subscribing to Realest. This policy describes when and how we issue refunds for paid subscriptions.

Trial period

Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. No payment is collected during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and you retain access until then.

Exceptions

If you’re charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a failure to cancel on our side — write to us and we’ll process a refund within 7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request

Send refund requests to info@realest.co.in with your registered email and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.
